The goal is to work hard, obviously, but more importantly, we will be focused almost entirely on your mechanics.
Lift is a teaching gym. You will not be allowed to lift badly. If you just want to deadlift heavy, and you don’t care how nasty it looks, there are plenty of gyms for that.
If your goal is hypertrophy, we also have a mass building program. It’s not the traditional higher rep, lower weight scheme. It centers around intensity, and builds size more quickly, while requiring much less time in the gym.
Our advanced program is driven primarily by ambition.
