BEGINNERS

 At Lift, your strength training program is customized to your body and your goals. You train in your own dedicated station. You do not share equipment.

Every training session is designed around your specific skill level, whether you’re advanced, or just starting out.

A beginner often makes significant progress more quickly than someone with a moderate amount of lifting experience. The beginners gets to start fresh. If someone has been lifting with bad mechanics for a while, it takes some time to undo that.

The primary focus at Lift will always be to learn how to move with strength and ease—in the gym, and through your day.
