Simply eat less. That’s it. Eat less. If the goal is to cut body fat, that’s the only thing that matters. When you research fad diets, or go to a nutritionist, you are simply pretending it’s complicated, so that you can avoid starting the proccess. Just start now and see how it goes.
People often tell us that they're already eating at a calorie deficit, but they're not losing weight. This is literally impossible. People trying to gain weight are eating less than they think. And people trying to lose weight are eating more than they think. These 2 things are true almost 100% of the time.
Take small steps. Throw out that jar of peanut butter. Diet is an experiment, just like everything else. You just have to figure it out. You have to craft your diet to match your personality and lifestyle.
