Your first training session will be with Dirk and will last an hour. It will include a comprehensive analysis of your overall mechanics and current fitness level. There will be an in-depth conversation regarding goals and expectations, as well as injuries or potential limitations. There will also be a full-body workout, the intensity of which will be decided by you. This initial session costs $45. The goal is to determine whether it is a good fit.

If it feels like it might be a fit, a second session will be scheduled. This workout will be with Chenell and will last 30 minutes. Because this session is shorter, the work will be a little more intense, as long as you feel comfortable. The goal is the same. The question in your mind should be whether you find strength training compelling. If you don’t, there is no reason to continue.

If everyone is happy after that second session, Dirk and Chenell will design the first phase of a program based on your goals, and what they think needs the most work. From that point, you will train with both Chenell and Dirk, or either, depending on the focus of any particular workout. Each session will last 30 minutes and cost $45. Progress is required. This isn’t a gym where you go through the motions, where the goal is to simply breath hard. This is a teaching gym. We teach you how to move well, and with strength.
